Incident Investigation Workflow
Captures a reported workplace incident, guides an investigator through evidence and root-cause analysis, classifies severity, routes minor incidents to corrective action closure and serious incidents through management review and regulatory reporting, then notifies the reporter and action owners on closure.
Toolbox Talk Workflow
Enables a supervisor to record and run a pre-work toolbox talk: capture topic, work context, hazards/controls and attendees; deliver the talk; log questions and action items; mark each attendee acknowledged or absent (absent workers get a briefing task before starting work); assign action items to an owner and notify the supervisor when complete.
Safety Observation Workflow
Captures workplace safety observations from observers. Safe behaviour is logged as positive recognition and closed. At-risk behaviour is classified by severity, assigned to an owner for corrective action, and confirmed by a reviewer before closure — with a rework loop if the action is inadequate. The observer is notified when their observation is closed.
Job Safety Analysis Workflow
Captures a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) submitted by a preparer detailing a task's work steps, hazards, and controls. Routes the analysis to a supervisor for review and decision (Approved / Changes Required / Unsafe to Proceed). Approved JSAs trigger a worker acknowledgement request before work starts; changes required routes back to the preparer for revision and resubmission; unsafe determinations stop work and escalate to the safety manager. Preparer and supervisor are notified of every decision.
Contractor Onboarding Workflow
Coordinator submits contractor company, worker, services, licence, insurance and safety document details. Compliance runs due diligence on the documents; if any are missing or deficient, they are requested from the contractor and rechecked until complete. The contractor then completes a site induction acknowledgement, site access is routed for approval, granted and recorded with a due date for expiring documents, and the coordinator is notified when onboarding completes or access is declined.
Permit to Work Workflow
Manages issuance of a permit to work for higher-risk site activities: applicant submits job/hazard/control details, a safety approver reviews and approves, a pre-start check gates activation (looping back for corrections on failure), and on completion the site is confirmed safe before the permit is handed back and closed.
