Legal & Contracts
Legal and contract workflows for contract review, approvals, NDAs, renewals, legal requests, agreement management, and controlled business sign-off.
Legal & Contracts Templates(6)
Legal Hold Workflow
Enables a legal team to establish, issue, track, and release a legal hold over relevant records. The legal owner records matter details, custodians, data sources, and preservation scope; hold notices are sent to custodians and acknowledgements tracked; unacknowledged custodians are escalated to the legal owner for follow-up; and upon matter conclusion the legal owner authorises release of the hold with a final notification to custodians.
Legal Request Intake Workflow
Captures incoming legal requests from internal requesters, triages and prioritises them, assigns them to a lawyer, allows the lawyer to request more information if needed, then tracks the work through to a recorded outcome and closure with requester notification.
Contract Amendment Workflow
Captures a request to amend an existing agreement, routes it through legal review for commercial and legal impact assessment with redlines, then to approval. On approval the amendment is marked ready for signature and the stored agreement is updated; if changes are required, the request returns to the owner to revise and resubmit.
Contract Renewal Workflow
Manages expiring contracts from intake through review, renewal decision, and either commercial/legal approval leading to signature-ready renewal, or termination handoff. Notifies the contract owner of the final decision.
NDA Request and Approval Workflow
Employees submit NDA requests specifying counterparty, purpose, shared information, term, and whether the standard template applies. Non-standard requests route through legal review first; all requests then go to business approval. Approved NDAs are marked ready for signature and the signed copy is stored; rejected requests are returned to the requester with the reason.
Contract Review and Approval Workflow
Captures a contract submission from an owner, routes it through legal review (with redlines), triggers finance approval for higher-value contracts, has the owner address redlines, then routes for final approval — marking approved contracts ready for signature or returning rejected ones to the owner for revision.
